Thresholds apply to all items after discounts, excluding delivery charges. An applicable promotion may also offer delivery. At checkout, you can choose a card payment through Stancer, PayPal or cash on delivery. If you choose cash, a sales representative will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment and explain the payment arrangements. You will pay the courier when you receive your parcel.
Our artisan food specialities are supplied frozen and require an uninterrupted cold chain. Those liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article L221-28, 4° of the French Consumer Code.
Eligible non-frozen products, including both Collector Mugs (heart-shaped handle and classic handle), have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt. If your order contains frozen food and mugs, you can withdraw from the purchase of the eligible mugs.
